Aastrika Foundation is looking for a passionate and committed Midwifery Educator to join our team in Bengaluru.

If you are a Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife (R.N. & R.M.) with clinical experience in maternity care and a passion for midwifery and women-centric care, we’d love to hear from you.

? Position: Midwifery Educator

? Location: Bengaluru

? Job Type: Full time

? Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in maternity care

Key Responsibilities:

Undergo comprehensive training to become an international-quality midwifery educator

Support midwifery education and training initiatives

Contribute to establishing the midwifery cadre across public and private sectors

Collaborate with internal teams and partners

Identify challenges and support smooth programme implementation

Participate in conferences, seminars, data collection and other initiatives

Continue clinical practice alongside anchoring midwifery education and training





Travel to hospitals and universities for midwifery training as required

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ R.N. & R.M. with 2 years of maternity-care experience

✔️ BSc/MSc in Nursing, preferably in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Paediatrics

✔️ Passion for midwifery and women-centric care

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage diverse stakeholders

✔️ Self-driven, accountable, agile and detail-oriented
