Role Description The Mid-Level Interior Designer – Hospitality will work closely with project leads to design and develop hospitality interiors from concept through completion. This full-time, on-site role in Current Delhi includes creating design concepts, preparing mood boards, developing space plans, and selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E; aligned with project goals and brand standards. The designer will produce and review construction drawings, coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors, and participate in client meetings and presentations.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing design documentation,



supporting procurement and vendor coordination, and ensuring that project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

- Ability to integrate Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, user-centered hospitality environments.
- Knowledge of Architecture and construction processes to collaborate effectively with project teams and site partners.
- Experience producing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings that support accurate implementation on site.
- Proficiency in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, with an eye for durability, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with mid-level professional experience in hospitality projects.
- Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with documentation standards.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to work collaboratively and manage multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to engage in in office coordination and field visits as required.
