Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Vijayawada District for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical & Functional Trainers. The trainers will design and deliver structured training programs on Business Central modules, covering both functional workflows and technical configuration. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, labs, and documentation; conducting classroom and one-on-one training sessions; and guiding learners through real-world business scenarios.

The role involves assessing participant skill levels, providing feedback, and tailoring content for different roles such as consultants, administrators, and end users. Trainers will collaborate with consulting and solution architecture teams to ensure training aligns with best practices, current project needs, and evolving Microsoft ecosystem capabilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Process knowledge related to finance, operations, and ERP workflows, with the ability to map requirements to Business Central functionality.
- Candidates should possess Consulting-oriented skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirement understanding, and user enablement in implementation or support environments.
- Candidates should possess Solution Architecture awareness for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with understanding of system configuration, integrations, and security concepts.
- Candidates should possess foundational Cloud Computing knowledge, especially within Microsoft Azure and the broader Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (functional or technical) and familiarity with related Microsoft Business Applications is highly beneficial.
- Experience in corporate training, instructional design, or L&D; for technology or ERP solutions is preferred.




- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, or Azure, and a degree in business, computer science, or a related field are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple training batches, and adapt content to different learner levels.
