Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Micro Store Captain to manage daily store operations, inventory, customer service, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and dispatches with the central team.
- Assist customers and resolve queries.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.




- Maintain store standards and follow company guidelines.
- Handle multiple store-related activities efficiently.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in retail/store operations.
- Freshers with relevant skills may apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
