Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Micro Store Captain to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain inventory and deliver a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks and maintain product displays.

Coordinate with the central team for stock replenishment and dispatches.

Assist customers, resolve queries and maintain a positive customer experience.





Prepare daily sales reports and share operational updates with management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Coordinate and handle multiple store-related tasks as required.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of relevant retail/store operations experience; freshers with strong relevant skills may also apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving ability.

Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day store operations.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.

Basic English communication skills.

Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented approach.
