Role Description The MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new corporate and group business opportunities, managing leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed MICE bookings.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners, preparing proposals and costings, and negotiating contracts and terms. The position also requires coordinating with internal operations, ticketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth delivery of MICE services, as well as tracking performance, preparing sales reports, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns. Participation in client meetings, presentations, and occasional training or market outreach activities is part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets in the MICE segment.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching capabilities to support team development, share product knowledge, and promote best practices in MICE sales.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in corporate travel, events, or hospitality, with good negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, and prior experience in MICE or B2B travel sales.
