Key Responsibilities

- Support business users on MetaSolv functional issues.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Perform impact analysis and functional troubleshooting.
- Support order lifecycle and provisioning processes.
- Participate in requirement clarification and solution validation.
- Coordinate with development teams for defect fixes.
- Prepare functional specifications and knowledge documents.
- Participate in testing and production deployments.
- Support periodic audits and compliance activities.

Required Skills

- 6-8 years of experience in Oracle MetaSolv Solution.
- Strong understanding of telecom OSS/BSS processes.
- Experience in:
- Service Order Management
- Provisioning
- Inventory Management
- Customer Service Fulfillment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting production applications.

Preferred Skills

- Telecom domain knowledge.
- Exposure to Oracle OSM, ASAP, UIM, or Siebel.
- SQL querying skills.
