Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business issues reported by users.
- Convert user issues into functional requirements or support tickets.
- Perform application impact analysis.
- Support incident prioritization and resolution.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops.
- Coordinate UAT validation and defect management.
- Support production releases and change requests.
- Generate operational and SLA reports.

Required Skills

- 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience supporting MetaSolv Solution environments.
- Telecom OSS/BSS process knowledge.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of incident and change management processes.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

- SQL knowledge.
- Agile methodology exposure.
- Telecom order management experience.
