About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven META Social Media Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage and grow our presence across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in social media strategy, content planning, paid advertising, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Facebook & Instagram marketing strategies.

Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.

Create, coordinate, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

Set up, manage, and optimize META Ads campaigns to generate leads and improve ROI.

Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CTR, reach, engagement, and conversions.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Stay updated with META algorithm changes, advertising trends, and new features.

Collaborate with designers, content creators,



and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns.

Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement to maintain a strong online presence.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in META/Facebook & Instagram marketing.

Robust knowledge of META Ads Manager and Business Suite.

Experience managing lead-generation and conversion campaigns.

Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Experience in the education/overseas education sector will be an advantage.
