We are seeking an experienced MetaSolv Application Support Lead to manage support operations for Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS).

The role will be responsible for ensuring application stability, SLA adherence, incident management, stakeholder communication, and managing a small team across functional and technical support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of MetaSolv support professionals.
- Act as primary escalation point for production incidents and service outages.
- Monitor incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Ensure agreed SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with business users, client IT teams, and vendors.
- Conduct daily operational reviews and status reporting.
- Manage release support, deployment validations, and post-production monitoring.
- Facilitate knowledge management and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Support transition, KT, and stabilization activities.

Required Skills

- 8-10 Years of expereince.
- Robust experience in Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS).
- Telecom OSS/BSS domain knowledge.
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Production Support governance.
- SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy,



or equivalent.
- Team management and stakeholder communication.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience with Oracle OSS products.
- Exposure to integration support environments.
