As we scale our online presence, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our Meta advertising strategy and performance marketing.

? Role: Meta Ads Strategist & Executive

Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time

Work Mode: Remote

Experience: 1–3+ years in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing

Industry Preference: D2C, Skincare, Beauty, Cosmetics, Wellness, FMCG or E-commerce

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Develop and execute Meta Ads strategies across Facebook & Instagram.
- Plan campaigns according to business objectives such as sales, conversions, customer acquisition and retargeting.
- Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns, ad sets and audiences.
- Conduct audience research and identify new customer segments.
- Develop and test different creative angles, ad copies, hooks and offers.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversions.
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the content/creative team to improve ad creatives based on performance data.
- Track spending and ensure campaigns remain aligned with the agreed budget.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for scaling.

✅ What We’re Looking For





- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of D2C and e-commerce advertising funnels.
- Experience with conversion campaigns, retargeting and customer acquisition.
- Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR and CAC.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performance.
- Strong understanding of creative testing and performance marketing.
- Experience working with skincare, beauty, cosmetics, wellness or FMCG brands will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
