Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Senior MERN Stack Developer with end-to-end full-stack expertise to lead the development of enterprise-grade web applications. You will be responsible for building scalable microservices, architecting robust backend APIs, designing efficient database schemas, and crafting high-performance frontend interfaces. The ideal candidate takes strong ownership of core backend infrastructures, including secure multi-provider payment processing pipelines (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), automated webhook handling, and subscription billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and TypeScript.
- Design and implement secure, end-to-end payment processing pipelines including Stripe API (PaymentIntents, Subscriptions, Connect) and PayPal Checkout/REST APIs.
- Build robust server-side webhook handlers, idempotency logic, invoice generation, refund workflows, and payment event reconciliation systems.
- Ensure data security, sensitive payload handling, and PCI DSS compliance best practices across client and server applications.
- Design and optimize complex MongoDB database schemas, aggregation pipelines, and indexing strategies.
- Drive engineering standards: code reviews, automated unit/integration testing, security best practices (JWT, OAuth, RBAC), and performance tuning.
- Implement automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure.




- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures.

Must-Have Qualifications 4–5 years of professional full-stack web application development experience using the MERN ecosystem.

- Expert command of Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
- Proven experience architecting and integrating payment systems like Stripe and PayPal (subscriptions, single payments, webhooks, edge-case failure handling).
- Strong expertise in TypeScript across both client and server applications.
- Advanced experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand).
- Deep understanding of database design, indexing, and performance optimization in NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Proficiency in continuous integration & deployment (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Docker).

Valuable to Have / Trending Skills Payment Systems: Experience with multi-currency payouts, split payments (Stripe Connect), and fraud detection tools (Stripe Radar).

Caching & Real-Time:Redis (caching/pub-sub/session store), WebSockets/Socket.io for real-time applications.

Modern Frameworks & API Layer:Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR), GraphQL (Apollo Server/Client), Prisma / TypeORM.

Cloud & DevOps:AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudFront), Docker / Containerization.

AI/LLM Integration: Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Vector Databases like Pinecone/pgvector).

Testing Frameworks: Jest, Supertest, Cypress, Playwright.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
