Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement merchandise plans to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing store displays, window displays, and in-store promotions.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, making adjustments to inventory levels accordingly.

- Manage vendor relationships to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules for furniture products.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field (furniture industry preferred).

- Solid understanding of merchandise planning principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (buying team) and external partners (vendors).
