- Candidates should possess robust MEP BIM modeling skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Candidates should possess skills in MEP coordination, clash detection, and model-based design review.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Candidates should possess skills in adhering to BIM standards, templates, and project-specific modeling guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, communicating technical information clearly, and managing multiple project tasks.
- Ability to work & meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in all project deliverables.
- Experience working on international projects and familiarity with global BIM delivery models is beneficial.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical
- 2+ Yrs Experience is preferred
