Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Engineer located on-site in Goregaon. The MEP Project Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of various real estate projects. The responsibilities include project management, reviewing technical designs, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety standards,



and delivering quality-driven results within specified timelines.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering concepts.
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and coordination of tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors effectively.
- Solid knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in MEP engineering for residential or commercial construction projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar will be an added advantage.
