Role & responsibilities

- Plan, design, and oversee MEP systems for residential and commercial projects.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

- Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of MEP works. Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

- Ensure compliance with statutory norms and project standards.

- Monitor project progress and resolve site-related technical issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- 8 - 10 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in the Real Estate industry.

- Solid knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

- Experience in handling residential and commercial projects.

- Vendor management & Coordination .

- Good coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

- Strong understanding of quality, safety, statutory compliance, and project standards.

- Good problem-solving and site execution skills.
