We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator with approximately 12 years of relevant experience to oversee and coordinate MEP services at project sites. The role will involve coordinating across Electrical, HVAC, PHE and Fire Fighting systems, ensuring that drawings, specifications and site execution are aligned.

The ideal candidate should have a broad working knowledge of all major MEP disciplines, solid site coordination skills, and the ability to identify and resolve coordination issues between drawings and actual construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate MEP works at project sites across Electrical, HVAC, PHE and Fire Fighting services.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, shop drawings and coordinated drawings for site execution.
- Coordinate between MEP drawings and architectural, structural and other services drawings to identify clashes and conflicts.
- Regularly visit project sites to monitor MEP execution and ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams for timely resolution of technical and execution-related issues.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Review site requirements and provide inputs to the design/MEP team for necessary drawing revisions or clarifications.
- Coordinate the routing and integration of MEP services within available spaces, including ceiling, shaft, plant room and service areas.
- Participate in site meetings and coordination meetings and follow up on agreed actions and technical decisions.
- Monitor the quality and general compliance of MEP installation with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Review contractor submissions, material proposals, technical submittals and shop drawings as required.
- Coordinate inspection requirements and support the project team in resolving site observations and non-conformities.




- Maintain records of site issues, drawing revisions, RFIs, coordination requirements and pending actions.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that MEP works are executed in line with project schedules.
- Provide regular updates to the management/project team on site progress, key issues, delays and coordination requirements.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

- Good working knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, PHE and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to understand and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, schematics and coordinated drawings.
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination with Architecture and Structural disciplines.
- Practical understanding of MEP installation and construction processes.
- Ability to identify clashes, constructability issues and coordination gaps at site.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards and good engineering practices.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and preferably coordination/BIM platforms such as Navisworks/Revit.
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, BOQs and technical documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1012+ years of relevant experience in MEP coordination, preferably with experience in building construction/projects.
- Candidates with experience across multiple building/project types will be preferred.
- Should have reasonable working knowledge across all four MEP disciplines – Electrical, HVAC, PHE and Fire, rather than being specialised in only one discipline.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Should be comfortable with regular site visits and working closely with contractors and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple coordination issues and follow up to closure.
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Experience in consulting/design coordination as well as site execution will be an advantage.
