Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire process of melting, from charging to pouring, ensuring quality control and efficiency.

- Manage manpower effectively to achieve production targets and maintain a high level of productivity.

- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment such as furnaces, gravity die casting machines, HPDC machines, and other related tools.

- Monitor and optimize metal flow parameters to minimize defects and improve overall performance.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement improvements in the melting process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in foundry operations or similar industry.

- Diploma or B.Tech degree (preferably in Metallurgy).

- Solid understanding of gravity die casting, HPDC processes, lead management systems, leadership skills.

- Proficiency in using Melting Point Apparatus for controlling molten metal properties.
