Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the melting process to ensure quality production.

- Conduct regular inspections of furnaces, molds, and equipment to identify potential issues.

- Develop and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency in the melting shop.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems and optimize processes.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in gravity die casting or similar industry.

- B.Tech degree (Computers) or equivalent qualification required.

- Robust understanding of GDC principles, including furnace operation and maintenance.

- Proficiency in using tools such as Leadership Skills, Melting Point Apparatus, etc.
