Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
- Provide accurate information while following process guidelines.
- Handle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Follow company policies and process requirements.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Work effectively as part of a customer service team.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates with freshers to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Good listening and comprehension abilities.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
