We are looking for a Product Content Specialist to join the Digital Content Platforms team of a leading global organization in the life sciences and scientific products industry.

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Life Sciences, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect product specifications, data, and metadata.
- Develop structured, accurate, and engaging product descriptions.
- Work with AI/LLM-based tools to review and standardize product content.
- Cross-check AI-generated content against source information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track AI content quality, including success/failure rates, and provide feedback to improve AI-driven content processes.
- Publish approved product content through content authoring and content management systems.
- Ensure content complies with corporate style standards, brand guidelines, legal requirements, and global website standards.
- Validate product data structure, formatting, and presentation across digital platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing product content and authoring processes.




- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in developing, maintaining, or publishing digital content within a Content Management System (CMS) .
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline .
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel , with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and AI-assisted content workflows is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of scientific terminology and abbreviations.
- Knowledge of HTML formatting is a plus.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, editing, and technical writing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn current tools, systems, and processes quickly.
