Role OverviewWe are seeking a Medical Processing Doctor to join our dynamic team. The role involves medical scrutiny of health insurance claims, ensuring compliance with IRDAI guidelines, and supporting efficient claims settlement for policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process medical claims in line with insurance policy terms and regulatory requirements.
- Provide medical expertise in adjudicating claims, pre-authorization requests,



and hospitalization approvals.
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines, audit-readiness, and compliance with IRDAI/GIPSA packages.
- Contribute to minimizing grievances and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
