Role Description The Medical Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will visit healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote and explain the company’s medicines and product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with medical practitioners, presenting product information and clinical benefits, and ensuring regular follow-ups to support prescribing decisions.

The role also involves achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, organizing product demonstrations or educational meetings,



and providing timely feedback to the sales and marketing teams. Accurate record-keeping, territory planning, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Medical Sales skills, including territory management, relationship-building with healthcare professionals, and target achievement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clearly with medical practitioners, address queries, and provide professional support.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, dosage, safety information, and therapeutic areas.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills to manage visits, maintain records, and plan sales activities effectively.
- Preferably, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, demonstrate ethical conduct, and be willing to travel within the Pune Division as required.
