Experience: Minimum 1 year of Medical Representative / Pharma Sales experience
Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm / D.Pharm
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors regularly in the assigned Yavatmal territory and promote pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct effective product detailing and generate prescriptions for assigned brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Conduct regular chemist visits and ensure product availability and stock movement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow the assigned doctor call plan and ensure proper territory coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product movement.
- Maintain daily call reports, DCRs, expense reports, and other field documentation.
- Participate in doctor meetings, CMEs,
and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant MR/Pharma Sales experience.
- Positive communication, convincing, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the Yavatmal market.
- Comfortable with field work and regular doctor/chemist visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
