We’re looking for a warm, polished and efficient front-desk professional to be the first point of contact for our patients.

As the face of our practice, this role is about much more than managing the reception desk. We’re looking for someone who can make every patient feel welcomed, comfortable and well cared for from the moment they walk in.

What we’re looking for:

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in a front desk / receptionist / patient coordination role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, pleasant demeanour

•⁠ ⁠Confident and professional on the phone and in person

•⁠ ⁠Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable managing appointments, patient records, billing and day-to-day front desk operations

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Practo or similar healthcare management software

•⁠ ⁠Good command of Microsoft Excel and Word

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and other digital communication tools

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of social media — Instagram in particular — and the ability to assist with simple content posting,



stories and patient communication

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle patients with patience, discretion and empathy

•⁠ ⁠Presentable, dependable and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment The right candidate will be someone who:

•⁠ ⁠Understands that the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience

•⁠ ⁠Is naturally friendly without being overly casual

•⁠ ⁠Can handle multiple things at once while remaining calm and courteous

•⁠ ⁠Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

•⁠ ⁠Is proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn

•⁠ ⁠Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare setting
