Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technician based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Medical Laboratory

Technician will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests related to blood banking and laboratory medicine, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, adhering to quality control procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation of test results. The role involves following standard operating procedures, supporting senior laboratory staff, complying with safety and regulatory guidelines,



and assisting in inventory management of reagents and supplies. The technician will collaborate with clinical teams to provide timely and reliable test reports that support patient care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine skills for performing blood banking and diagnostic procedures.
- Candidates should possess core Laboratory Skills, including sample handling, test execution, and accurate record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to monitor test reliability, maintain standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling and maintaining Laboratory Equipment, including calibration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant certification or registration as per local regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting is an advantage.
