NORIX is looking for an experienced Medical Device Sales Representative to join our growing healthcare business.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales professional with 5–10 years of experience in medical devices, surgical products, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or a related healthcare sales field.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of NORIX medical devices and healthcare products.
- Develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, doctors, healthcare institutions, distributors, and dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into orders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Develop and manage the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, delivery, and customer support.




- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Travel as required for customer visits and business development.

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Robust knowledge of healthcare/medical sales and customer handling.
- Existing relationships with hospitals, doctors, distributors, or institutional buyers will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.

JoiningExpected joining: Immediately after Diwali / post-Diwali. Candidates who are currently serving notice period may also apply if they can join shortly after Diwali.
