We are looking for a Medical Coding Trainer with a valid CPC or CCS certification to train and mentor medical coding students.
Responsibilities
Conduct medical coding training sessions.
Train candidates on ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E/M, Medical Terminology & Anatomy.
Conduct practical sessions, assessments, and mock tests.
Prepare candidates for CPC/CCS certification exams.
Provide career guidance and interview preparation.
Monitor and improve trainee performance.
Requirements
- CPC (AAPC) or CCS (AHIMA) certification – Mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare/life sciences or related field.
Strong knowledge of US healthcare and medical coding.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
