Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Affairs (Medico-Marketing) Executive role is based in Gandhinagar. The role involves supporting medical and marketing teams with evidence-based medical information, including preparing scientific content for promotional materials, presentations, training modules, and digital communication.

The executive will review and validate medical claims, ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align medico-marketing strategies with therapeutic objectives. Daily tasks include engaging with field teams for medical training, assisting in the organization of CMEs and scientific events, monitoring recent clinical research and guidelines, and providing insights to marketing and product management. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, supporting KOL engagement activities,



and contributing to the development of current initiatives that enhance clinical value for healthcare professionals and patients.

Qualifications

- M.Pharm (Pharmacology) or Pharm D.
- Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to understand and interpret clinical data and therapeutic guidelines.
- Proficiency in Medical Affairs activities, including medico-marketing support, scientific content development, and medical review.
- Knowledge or experience in Oncology and other key therapeutic areas relevant to the company’s portfolio is an advantage.
- Research skills, including literature review, data synthesis, and applying current evidence to marketing and educational materials.
- Experience in Medical Education, such as developing training content, supporting CMEs, and communicating complex information clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to scientific accuracy and detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
