About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Media Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum impact and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop media strategies and plans aligned with client objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and media consumption patterns.

- Allocate budgets across media channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.

- Coordinate with creative, account management, and performance teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize across channels for better results.

- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate buys for print, digital, OOH, and other channels.

- Stay updated on media trends, new platforms,



and industry shifts.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in media planning within an agency or brand environment.

- Robust understanding of digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.).

- Familiarity with traditional media planning (Print, OOH, Radio, TV) is a plus.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, or equivalent.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
