A Functional / Technical (Core activities)

1 Study customer and regulatory requirements and prepare quality planning documents such as QAP, Quality Control Procedures, CTQ, Inspection Checklists (ICL), and inspection plans.

2 Perform material identification, in-process, painting, assembly, integration, and final inspections in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, and applicable standards.

3 Conduct inspections and audits at supplier/vendor locations to ensure compliance with quality requirements and technical specifications.

4 Verify product compliance, including GD&T; requirements, paint quality, workmanship standards, and Operation & Maintenance Accessibility (OMA) requirements.

5 Identify, document, investigate, and process Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs), and support corrective and preventive actions

6 Prepare, review, and submit final quality dossiers, manufacturing records, inspection reports and customer documentation packages

7 Coordinate and perform inspections, demonstrations, acceptance activities with customer representatives and certification agencies

8 Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, applicable codes, standards, and established guidance and technical interpretation of drawings and specifications

9 Apply analytical and problem-solving techniques to address quality issues, improve processes and enhance product reliability and compliance.
