- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.

- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical failures and minimize equipment downtime.

- Monitor machine performance and identify potential maintenance issues.

- Coordinate with technicians and maintenance teams for daily maintenance activities.

- Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and reports.

- Ensure proper availability of critical spare parts and maintenance materials.

- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for maintenance and repair activities.

- Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards during all activities.

- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of mechanical equipment.

- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and junior engineers.

- Ensure maintenance activities are completed within the planned time and budget.
