1- To look after the maintenance of i.e. compressor, Refrigeration Plant, Boiler, Water Treatment Plant.
2- Execute activities as per defined quality systems & monitor adherence to quality, safety and housekeeping norms.
3- Conduct Statutory inspections within the guidelines with the objective of minimizing production down time, saving on cost of energy & manpower and compliance to quality, safety and housekeeping norms. 4- In absence of other Maintenance Officer (Mech) look after that particular Plant maintenance also.
Preferred candidate profile
- Quality Systems - Execute activities as per defined quality systems; Maintain history cards of equipments & maintenance related ISO records in order to demonstrate compliance to organizations quality systems.
- Safety, Housekeeping & Workplace -Check adherence to safety and housekeeping norms by workmen on safety practices; issue work permit for Hot, cold related work; Communicate to supervisor in order to ensure compliance to safety of employees & good housekeeping.
- TPM - Implementation of TPM activities in the area suggested by HOD.
Soft Skills required- Communication, ability to learn, interaction with external suppliers Preferred Educational Qualification- Diploma Mechanical/ BE mecahnical
