Role Description This full-time Mechanical Engineer role is an on-site position based in Chennai with occasional travel to other cities in India. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for collection of vibration data and parts of the vibration analysis to troubleshoot the problems in machinery, which includes bearings, rolls, turbines and some static equipments.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Mechanical Engineering and Structures/Dynamics.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in AI/ML solutions for reliability (R&D;) to support innovation and product improvement.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to interpret standards, work accurately with technical data, and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in machinery or equipment design, testing, or maintenance in an industrial environment is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome, as long as they have the drive to deep-dive into reliability projects and vibration analysis.
