Position: Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical & Fabrication Engineer

RC Global Group is looking for a skilled and technically strong Mechanical Professional who can independently handle mechanical, fabrication, production and maintenance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Execute mechanical fabrication, assembly, installation and maintenance activities.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings and fabrication drawings.

Perform accurate measurement, alignment, dimensional inspection and fit-up.

Handle MS/SS fabrication, structural fabrication and equipment fabrication.

Perform and supervise Arc/MIG welding, gas cutting, grinding, drilling and fitting activities.

Identify fabrication defects, dimensional deviations and quality issues and take corrective action.

Coordinate with production, quality and maintenance teams to achieve work targets.

Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, Height Gauge and other inspection tools.

Maintain proper quality, safety and work documentation.

Follow PPE, workplace safety procedures and safe working practices.

Troubleshoot mechanical problems and support preventive/corrective maintenance.





Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.

Preferred Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

Relevant industrial experience preferred.

Robust practical knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment and fabrication processes.

We are looking for a technically capable, disciplined and hands-on professional with strong practical knowledge, problem-solving ability and a commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: ₹9,236.09 - ₹29,164.72 per month
