Roles and Responsibilities :

**- We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who will be expert in Design & Development of plastic parts.

- Product development & project completion as per customer agreed targets of Quality, cost, and lead time. Achieving Right First Time**
- Lead the development of complex mechanical designs using Creo software, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design improvements, optimize product performance, and reduce costs.
- Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential failure modes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufactured parts.

Key Deliverables & Accountability

- Injection molded part design self-review
- Various plastic raw materials and its processing requirements
- Injection molding Process understanding (part wall thickness, drafts etc.)




- Knowledge of part DFM and DFA
- DFMEA knowledge
- Understanding of problem
- Root cause analysis
- Knowledge of reliability testing standard for electromechanical devices
- Knowledge of environmental testing for electromechanical devices
- Knowledge of injection molding tool deign
- The common injection molding defects
- Knowledge of different engineering plastic material
- Plastic material use based on product requirement
- Hands on experience on FEA tool
- Hands on experience on thermal analysis tool

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in mechanical design engineering with expertise in plastic injection molding, electromechanical systems, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Creo software for designing complex mechanical components.
- Robust understanding of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) principles for problem-solving.
