Informatica Master Data Management Developer:

- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and development those technical requirements into code and interfaces which are used by our Global Business Services Team.
- Define use cases and test scenarios.
- Develop scalable applications, testing, and troubleshooting during development ensuring data and application quality.
- Maintain and support MDM functionality, document and build instructions to onsite and/or offsite global teams, and assist with deploying and validating the technical solution.
- Support and working with multi-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.
- Collaborate with source systems data stewards,



system owners and technical personnel for data governance and resolve any data quality or technical issues related to data ingestion.
- Participate in design meetings, workshops, and code reviews for software development project deliverables.
- Good written communication skills including technical design documentation, proof of concept, prototype analysis, and documentation.
- Work with business and project team members across the globe, whether face-to-face, web conference, telephone, or email.
- Build a positive work environment through partnership and conflict resolution.
- Strong focus on collaboration and enablement of team-based development.
- Work with service delivery (production support) team on transition and stabilization.

Qualifications & Technical Proficiencies:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related experience
- 3-8 Years of Informatica MDM experience.
- Experience with Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance concepts, and Data Integration and the needs for each in a mature data environment.
- Experience developing External calls, ActiveVOS workflows & Provisioning.
- Experience on SQL development.
- Must have the ability to build or interpret detailed project specifications to develop program logic and code.
- Must be eager to learn and keep up to date with the latest tools and technologies.
- Experience in utilizing Azure DevOps (TFS) – source control management and branching/merging code.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to facilitate discussions and foster communications
- Must be a team player and able to operate under direction when needed
- Prior experience in defect analysis and bug fixes.
