We are looking for MBBS Doctors to join our healthcare operations team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day doctor operations, monitoring consultations and clinical workflows, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring smooth execution of healthcare services.

This is a full-time, work-from-office operations role.

Key Responsibilities

- Track and resolve operational issues related to doctor availability and workflow.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth healthcare operations.
- Monitor daily operational metrics and prepare reports/updates.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Support escalation management and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain accurate operational records and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers with strong communication and coordination skills can also apply.
- Positive understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and digital platforms.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage operational priorities.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
