Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated MBBS Doctor to join our Internal Medicine team. The ideal candidate will have 3–10 years of relevant clinical experience and strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and overall medical management.

The candidate should demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations, medical history assessments, and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Order, review, and interpret relevant laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Manage common conditions including diabetes, hypertension, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal disorders, and other general medical conditions.
- Identify emergency and high-risk cases and provide appropriate initial management or referral.
- Coordinate with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, medication, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare.
- Follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines,



infection-control practices, and medical ethics.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, training programs, and quality-improvement initiatives.

Eligibility & Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable medical council.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in Internal Medicine/General Medicine.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Positive knowledge of evidence-based medical practices.
- Ability to independently manage patients based on the scope of the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient-care orientation and professional ethics.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Preferred
- MD/DNB in General Medicine/Internal Medicine will be an advantage.
- Experience in a hospital, multispecialty hospital, or healthcare organization.
- Experience managing chronic and medically complex patients.
- Familiarity with EMR/Hospital Information Systems.
