- Analyze logs/traces, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendor teams.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot faults and resolve issues related to charging and rating processes.
- Handle customer complaints, support on-call, and develop SOPs.
- Deep technical troubleshooting and code-level analysis for problem resolution for complex issues.
Must and Good to have
- Positive experience in telecom charging/billing with Huawei OCS.
- Expertise in charging architectures, convergent billing, IN platforms, and service integration
