ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Voice of Healthcare is looking for MBA in Healthcare Management / BDS professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our Growth team.

This is not a predefined role. We are looking for individuals who can contribute across different areas of the organization. The exact role, responsibilities, and designation will be aligned with the candidate’s qualification, experience, strengths, interests, and organizational requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and develop new opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Support business development, partnerships, research, media, content, and growth initiatives.




- Conduct healthcare and market research and contribute to strategic projects.
- Work with internal teams to take projects from ideation to execution.
- Take ownership of projects and contribute across multiple functions.
- Identify opportunities to expand VOH’s network, partnerships, and presence.
- Support new initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- MBA in Healthcare Management / BDS preferred.
- BAMS/BHMS/MDS or other relevant healthcare qualifications may also be considered.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, business development, operations, research, media, content, or related areas.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to work across functions.
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong interest in healthcare and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
- Camera-friendly and comfortable appearing on camera for video content, interviews, events, and other media initiatives.

ROLE FLEXIBILITY This is NOT a predefined role.

The final designation, functional area, and scope of responsibilities will be decided based on the candidate’s profile and the organization’s current requirements.
