Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Teacher role located at Cosmos Castle International School Green Campus in Ahmedabad.

The Mathematics

Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching mathematics across relevant grade levels, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves managing classroom activities, supporting diverse learning needs, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development,



participate in school events, communicate regularly with parents or guardians, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including designing structured, engaging learning activities and assessments.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certification or licensure appropriate for school-level mathematics instruction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills and the ability to support learners with varied abilities and backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
- Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Prior experience teaching in an international or CBSE/IB/IGCSE school workplace is an advantage.
