Key Responsibilities

Loading & Unloading :

Efficiently and safely load finished goods onto outbound trucks and unload raw materials or incoming stock from delivery vehicles.

Packing & Preparation : Pack, wrap, crate, and secure products into boxes or onto pallets according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.

Inventory Receiving : Verify incoming shipments against packing slips, bills of lading, or purchase orders to ensure accuracy and report any damages or discrepancies.

Stock Organization : Move, sort, and stack materials in designated storage areas or shelves using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.

Quality & Safety : Maintain a clean, organized, and hazardous-free work area while strictly adhering to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and PPE requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills Physical Stamina : Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy loads and pack the goods regularly throughout an 8-hours shift.

Attention to Detail : Precision in counting inventory, reading shipping labels, and ensuring products are packed securely.

Teamwork : Solid communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with drivers, supervisors, and other warehouse team members.
