We are looking for experienced Data Management professionals with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality. The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise data management solutions that improve data accuracy, consistency, governance, and accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support MDM and Data Governance solutions.
- Implement master data, reference data, metadata management, and stewardship workflows.
- Configure data models, business rules, match and merge strategies, survivorship logic, hierarchies, and governance workflows.
- Develop and support integrations between MDM platforms, source systems, data warehouses, reporting platforms, and downstream applications.
- Support Data Quality, Data Catalog, Metadata Management, and Business Glossary initiatives.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application, workflow, metadata, data quality, and integration issues.
- Work with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, and engineering teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.




- Drive continuous improvement in data management processes, governance practices, and platform performance.
- Reads and follows the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related discipline.
- 3-9 years of experience in Data Management, MDM, Data Governance, or related areas.
- Experience with Informatica MDM preferred.
- Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica Data Governance, EDC, Axon, or IDMC is highly desirable.
- Candidates with Reltio, Collibra, SAP MDG, Talend MDM, Semarchy, or similar platforms are also welcome.
