Role Description The Mass Tort Executive is an on-site role based in the Pune Division, focused on supporting mass tort lead generation and client acquisition initiatives. In this position, the team member manages daily outreach activities, qualifies and nurtures leads, and coordinates with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of lead interactions, following up with prospects, and aligning lead qualification efforts with client criteria and campaign goals. The role also involves collaborating with legal marketing partners,



contributing to optimization of mass tort campaigns, and supporting business development efforts. This position requires consistent on-site presence to work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or business development within legal services, B2B marketing, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage prospects and support strategic partnerships.
- Ability to perform structured outreach, qualify and nurture leads, and manage follow-ups in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Comfort with data and technology tools used for CRM, campaign tracking, and reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and deliverables.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams on-site in the Pune Division.
- Prior experience in mass tort, legal marketing, or call center / inside sales environments is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
