Snowpard is looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Operations & Catalog Executive to manage our marketplace operations across Myntra, AJIO and other online marketplaces.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for keeping our products correctly listed, inventory updated, orders monitored and marketplace issues resolved.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product catalogs across Myntra, AJIO and other marketplaces
- Upload and maintain product images, descriptions, attributes, sizes, colors and product information
- Create, update and monitor marketplace listings
- Resolve listing rejections, errors, suppressed listings and compliance issues
- Maintain accurate marketplace inventory and SKU mapping
- Monitor incoming marketplace orders and identify what needs to be packed and dispatched
- Provide daily/regular updates on pending orders and fulfilment priorities
- Monitor marketplace performance and operational issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, catalog and fulfilment requirements
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams and follow up on unresolved issues
- Maintain trackers and reports for catalog, inventory, orders and marketplace issues
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketplace operations/catalog management
- Hands-on experience with Myntra and AJIO is strongly preferred
- Experience with other marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, etc. is a plus
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of SKUs, product attributes, inventory and marketplace listings
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily marketplace operations
- Fashion/apparel marketplace experience is preferred
