Marketing & Sales Specialist — B2B Printing

About the Role

- We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our offset printing business and help expand our client base and business relationships
- The role will focus on B2B sales and marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, publishing, retail, packaging, and other commercial segments.
- The ideal candidate should understand how businesses purchase printing services and be comfortable dealing directly with decision-makers, procurement teams, designers, agencies, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities -

- Identify and develop new B2B clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, outbound outreach, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet clients to understand their printing requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate costing and feasibility.
- follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunities to convert leads into orders.
- develop relationships with corporate procurement teams, advertising agencies, publishers, educational institutions,
- FMCG companies, retailers, and other organisations requiring commercial printing.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and emerging opportunities in the printing industry.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional material for the company.
- Maintain an organised database of leads, prospects, clients, quotations, and sales activity..
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly lead-generation and business-development targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in the printing, publishing, advertising, packaging, media, or allied industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior management, procurement teams, and corporate clients.
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace - any additional creative tools & softwares are a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
- A strong understanding of commercial/business environments and the ability to convert relationships into business.
- Proof of work such as previously landed clients is essential.
- Cold lead generation via LinkedIN & others is a mandatory requirement - and the ability to use crm and automation tools is considered a bonus
