Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Team Member role based in Nasik.

The Marketing Team

Member will support marketing campaigns for loan and financial products, including coordinating promotional activities, assisting in content and collateral development, and executing local marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, collaborating with sales teams to generate leads, collecting and analyzing market data, and helping refine marketing messages. The role also involves maintaining consistent brand communication,



supporting events or outreach programs, and providing feedback on campaign performance to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to understand customer needs and support targeted campaigns.

- Candidates should possess Sales skills to contribute to lead generation and conversion efforts.

- Candidates should have basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with data.

- Candidates should demonstrate a customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in financial services or field marketing being an advantage.
