Job Summary

AIWO Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the sales function for our healthcare and wellness services.

The role involves managing overall sales performance, developing the sales team, handling key customer opportunities, monitoring the sales pipeline, and achieving individual and team revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage overall sales and revenue targets.
- Develop monthly and quarterly sales plans.
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team.
- Personally handle key and high-value customer opportunities.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions and pipeline performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and coaching sessions.
- Manage the lead-to-sale process through CRM.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates.
- Work closely with Marketing, Clinical and Customer Success teams.
- Support customer retention, renewals, referrals and cross-selling.
- Ensure appropriate and responsible communication regarding healthcare and wellness programmes.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitals, diagnostics, preventive health or related industries.




- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales team leadership.
- Experience in handling individual and team revenue targets.
- Experience in B2C and consultative sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Experience with CRM systems; Zoho CRM experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics and revenue performance.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.

Qualification

B.Sc Nursing, GNM, or a degree/diploma in a related medical or allied-health field such as Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Paramedical Sciences.

- Digital and WhatsApp lead conversion.
- Hiring, coaching and performance management of sales teams.
- Building and scaling sales teams.
