Role Description The Marketing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting the company’s marketing and business development activities in industrial coatings and related solutions. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams to promote products and solutions, and developing marketing materials and presentations tailored to key industry segments.

Officer will conduct market and competitor analysis, manage social media and digital marketing activities, and help organise trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, collaborating with technical and sales teams to communicate value propositions, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular marketing reports and insights for management.

Qualifications

- Strong market-focused skills, including Market Research and Marketing, with the ability to identify opportunities and support strategic campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders in a transparent and professional manner.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Social Media Marketing for promoting industrial solutions and increasing brand visibility.
- Sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to support lead generation, follow up on inquiries, and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in industrial or B2B marketing.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic office and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital marketing platforms.
- Prior experience in industrial products, coatings, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
